Raw material supply chaos creates terrible quality control problems. Each factory is facing the same problem-unstable quality. Since most hair products are handcrafted, problems like color running, fading, hair dryness and damage, unguaranteed lead time, unprofessional and untimely after-sales support frequently led to an awful experience.
